3. How to enter: Either (A) donate via JustGiving and submit your donation reference via [Form link]; or (B) send a postcard as described above. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, bulk/automated, or late are invalid. Free postal entries are treated equally to donation entries.
4. Opening/closing: Opens September 9th 2025; closes October 4th at Midnight (UK time). Entries received after the closing time will not be included.
5. Prize: not transferable; cash alternative only if stated.
6. Selection: Random draw on October 5th
7. Notification: Winner contacted via email within [48] hours; must respond within [7] days. If not, Promoter may award to a reserve.
9. Costs: No cost to claim. Promoter covers standard UK delivery of the prize.
10. Disqualification: Breach of these T&Cs, providing false details, non-eligibility, or attempting to game the promotion may result in disqualification.
11. Liability: Promoter not responsible for entries lost/delayed due to network/postal issues beyond its control.
